I am writing to you today because we are at a crossroad in our efforts to obtain passage of The Amateur Radio Parity Act.

Our legislative efforts scored a major victory…

the US House of Representatives passed HR 1301 late this afternoon. It is now up to the US Senate  to pass an identical Bill (S-???). More info as story develops.

The US House of Representatives will consider the Amateur Radio Parity Act, H.R. 1301, under a suspension of the rules on Monday, September 12. A suspension of the rules is a legislative procedure used to quickly pass non-controversial bills.
